Do you sell brands or generics?

All medications in our shop are generic.

What does "generic" mean? Do generic medications work the same as brand pills?

The difference between a brand name medicine and a generic one is in the name, shape and in the price. A generic drug is usually called by the name of the active ingredient while a manufacturer uses a brand name. However, a manufacturer cannot possess a patent for a certain chemical agent, this is why manufacturers of generic medications can legally produce the so-called "generics", the copies of brand pills. They are the same chemically and since the active ingredient is identical, they have the same medical effect.

Why the prices for generic meds are so low?

A large part of the costs paid by original manufacturers of brand name drugs is for research, development and advertising. The expense of obtaining FDA approval alone in the U.S. is enormous. Manufacturers of generic drugs do not have to spend such large sums. Thus, significant cost savings can be passed along to you.

Your pills look different from what is reflected on the website and they have different names printed. Why?

The fact is that name, shape and color of medication are always patented and should be treated as intellectual property. So, using the name and the shape of the brand pill will be copyright infringement. This is why generic pills look different, they are of a different color and have a different shape if compared to a brand name pill. For example, brand “Viagra” invented by Pfizer is known world-wide. But have You ever heard about Sildenafil Citrate - the medical name for this pill?

Are your pills of high quality? Do they work?

We are very attentive and selective in the choice of the supplier. The better the goods are – the more customers will we have. The medications are manufactured in India by an Indian state licensed, Indian FDA approved company. Each package of the products we sent out includes the Certificate of Analysis obtained from the manufacturer's laboratory and application instructions.

What is the difference between Viagra, Cialis and Levitra?

Cialis, Levitra and Viagra work by a similar mechanism to cause erection. There are subtle differences in how long the drug works and how quickly it works. Levitra works a little longer than Viagra. They both take effect in about 30 minutes. With Levitra, the effects last for about 5 hours. With Viagra, the effects last approximately 4 hours. Also, if Viagra doesn’t work for You, Levitra may help.

Cialis works a bit faster (within about 15 minutes), and the effects last much longer - up to 36 hours in some cases. That’s why it is also known as “week-end pill”.

How to Order

Should I have a prescription to order from you?

No, you need not. We do not require any prescription from our customers. However we would strongly recommend you to consult your doctor before taking a medication. You may have some diseases contra-indicated for taking certain kinds of medicines and your doctor will advise you what you can or cannot take.

How to order from you?

If you wish to order a product from us you are to do the following:

• Choose the product you are to purchase by clicking "Add to cart" button

• Choose the amount of pills you wish to buy

• Click "Purchase"

• Fill in the order information required

• Check all the fields, pills quantity and press on "Submit" button

• If the order is accepted you will see the notification on the screen and the order confirmation message will be automatically sent to the email address you specify. This message is very important, in case you do not receive it within 10 minutes, let us know and we will resend it once again.

What payment methods do you have?

We have one payment method at the moment: payment by a credit(debet) cards (Visa/MasterCard)

When will the charge be actually posted?

As soon as You fill in the order form and press the "Submit" button, the information is transmitted to our processing centre where it is checked and thus the credit card is charged. Then our managers call You to inform about the processing results and You also get automatically e-mail with the order and transaction details. When the payment is authorized, your order is approved and processed.

I’m not sure if it is secure to give my credit card details to your site.

We take the security of our customers seriously and thus we take reasonable steps to protect your information. For submitting the order you are redirected to the secure order page. The security of the page can be easily checked: an icon resembling a padlock is displayed on the bottom of most browsers window, this shows that the information you insert into the form is SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted when transmitted to our credit card processing company. Please remember that a secure page begins with "https:" while insecure ones begin with "http:" without the "s" at the end.

Do you have discounts?

No, we don’t. But when You become a regular customer, we will send gift pills (Viagra or Cialis) with every order.

Shipping

Do you ship to my country?

Our medications are shipped to almost all countries of the world, for the exception of some countries in Asia. Unfortunately, some pills can’t be sent by express delivery and some countries don’t allow express packages from outside Europe and USA. So, if You couldn’t choose express delivery, it means that we can’t execute it.

Where do you ship from?

The medications are manufactured in India, thus the orders are processed and sent out from Mumbai, India.

Do you ship discreet? Will I have to sign for the delivery?

We respect Your privacy and care about it. Your order will be sent in a plain brown envelope that will be left in the mail box. You will not have to sign for it in case the order is sent by Regular AirMail. There is no sign of what is in it.

When will the order be shipped?

The products we sell are in stock for immediate delivery. However we have to check your order first to make sure that the shipping information is correct, after that the product you have ordered is packed and only then it is sent out. All these procedures take about 1-2 days.

What shipping methods do you have?

Currently we offer two shipping methods*:

• International Unregistered AirMail - approximate delivery time 14-21 days. No tracking available. $ 9.95

• Trackable Courier service (EMS, USPS, etc) - approximate delivery time up to 5-9 days. Trackable. $ 59.95

*There can be an additional 5-7 days delay over the advertised time for customs checking.

What should I do if the package is damaged or something is missing?

In this case you are to contact our Support Team and notify of the problem. We will either resend the package or refund Your payment. Please note that if there are more than 90 pills in Your order, the order will be sent in several packages as we can send maximum 90 pills in one envelope.

Do you send bulk orders?

Sorry, but we don’t. If You want to obtain a large quantity of pills You can order a pack and choose “Resubmit every 30 days” option at the bottom of the order form. We will repeat the order each month.

Do I have to pay for reshipment?

No, You don’t. We will reship the product for free. If You would like to upgrade the delivery to express, it will cost You additional $ 50.
